I’m thankful for many, many things. For one, God has done many amazing things in my life, and has brought me through tough situations, so I’m grateful for HIM. I’m grateful for amazing family members and friends. My father was just blessed with a permanent job, and had nothing to do with it. God granted him a position, for which he is forever grateful for. I’m thankful for the amazing teachers at Redwood, because they’re the ones who will shape my future, and help my grasp the high standards that I have for my life. They work really hard to help you achieve the dreams that you have. I encourage students to take advantage of school, and to reach for your dreams! Some people don’t have the blessings that you have, so take advantage of them. I’m thankful for a roof over my head, for food, and for my fish, Unknown and Unnamed. I’m grateful for the fact that people don’t want to be friends with me because of athletic abilities, but because they want to be friends with the person inside.
For thanksgiving, we usually go to either of my grandmothers houses, and eat great food. We eat chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and cornbread.
In conclusion, I have a lot to be thankful for. My friends, family, and food. And I give all the credit to God.
